Noble partners with Signal for bold film series

Signal has continued its strong and evolving partnership with Noble, recently reaching an exciting new milestone in their ongoing collaboration.

In a significant creative effort, Signal produced 10 bespoke films for the offshore drilling leader, a reflection of both companies’ shared commitment to storytelling and excellence.

Nine of these films formed the backbone of a focused recruitment campaign, aimed at showcasing the wide variety of roles and the people behind them within Noble’s global operations. Filmed on vessels located in the Gulf of Mexico and the picturesque island of Curaçao, the films featured in-depth interviews with team members across multiple departments. Each segment provided a personal window into life offshore, highlighting the skills, challenges, and pride that define Noble’s workforce.

Maintaining consistency across the series was essential. The Signal team ensured that while all ten films shared a unified tone and visual style, each one also highlighted the unique personalities and responsibilities of the individuals featured. The result was a compelling and authentic portrayal of what it means to work at Noble.

Following the success of the recruitment series, Noble once again commissioned Signal to produce a film that captured Noble’s journey to becoming the Leading Offshore Driller. To bring this vision to life, Signal’s managing director, Jamie Baikie, traveled to Houston, Texas, to direct interviews with Noble’s senior leadership at their new headquarters.

These executive interviews, when combined with the material previously captured for the recruitment series and elevated by striking b-roll footage, came together to form a powerful and cinematic narrative. The final film told the story of Noble’s evolution, values, and strategic vision with clarity and emotion. The project received overwhelmingly positive feedback from Noble and was proudly showcased at a recent high-profile Operations Leadership Forum.

This collaboration stands as a testament to Signal’s strength in building lasting client relationships and producing impactful, story-driven content that resonates across audiences.
