Kelley Wolf busted again — allegedly breaks Scott Wolf protective order in just 48 hours – We Got This Covered

The acrimonious Kelley Wolf and Scott Wolf divorce just got worse. Kelley has reportedly violated her court-ordered protective order by reaching out to Scott and their son — but what’s even more remarkable is that she did it a mere 48 hours after it was issued.

Scott and Kelley separated this year and were headed for divorce, with Scott seemingly just worried about the welfare of their children. Unfortunately, in that time, Kelley has slowly been unraveling, making unforced errors that have made her seem untrustworthy not just in the eyes of her family and fans, but also in the eyes of the law.

Kelley has had her fair share of mental difficulties, but what Scott asked for when the two went to court was a mutual agreement for both parties not to discuss their divorce or children online. It didn’t take long for Kelley to violate the gag order. But her actions went further when she posted Scott’s contact information to her Instagram stories, resulting in him getting incessant calls and texts from fans and — I suppose — people who just have a taste for stirring up chaos. Scott did not take that well.

Scott reportedly called law enforcement immediately after, and an officer went to Kelley’s house in Peoa, UT. The officer informed Kelley that he had enough evidence to arrest her for harassment. Kelley refused to let the officer in and instead went back to her trusted Instagram followers, telling them she had police officers at her door and didn’t know why they were there — an odd claim, since her followers had also just seen her violate a court order.

Kelley was eventually arrested and held at Summit County Jail. On Aug. 28, Scott was able to get a protective order against Kelley — reportedly barring her from reaching out to Scott or any of her kids, at least temporarily. TMZ has now revealed that two days later, Kelley tried on different occasions to reach Scott (through a friend’s phone) and her son (through a child’s phone).

Ironically, this development came out on the same day she had promised the judge she would check into a rehabilitation institution. The Real World: New Orleans star told the Utah judge her stint in rehab would last one month and that her brother would even drive her to the facility.

At the time, Kelley was already facing three domestic violence-centered misdemeanor charges, one count of electronic communications harassment, and two counts for electronic disclosure of personal information. But now that she has violated yet another court order, she is reportedly facing another misdemeanor charge.
