After creating a buzz with its trailer and the emotional title track Bas Ek Dhadak and soulful melody Preet Re, the makers of Dhadak 2 unveiled new romantic number titled Duniya Alag yesterday. All three songs featuring the film’s leads, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, the song dives into pain of the love for the first time. With superhit songs, franchise value and fresh pair, Dhadak 2 is one of the most anticipated films of the year.
Advance Booking Of Dhadak 2 Kicks OffOn Positive Note
Karan Johar’s Dhadak 2 is spiritual sequel to Dhadak. Film’s album and fresh pairing have matched to its predecessor and film is set for good opening. Advance booking for much awaited film started today all over. Film has generated buzz and its Bookmyshow interest jumped from 15,000 to almost 1.05 lac.
Film will look to take a decent start on day one and anything close to 6 – 7 crore net will be a good number. Though makers have taken a smart route with tight 1000-1200 screen size of release. After good pick up via word of mouth, film will see increase in screens over the weekend. Healthy jumps over the weekend will ensure a good run at box office.
As per early indications, film should be first choice this weekend for the audience as it will be clashing with another sequel Son Of Sardaar 2 starring Ajay Devgn and Mrunal Thakur. Film will also face competition from holdover releases Saiyaara and Mahavatar Narsimha with later relying on bulk bookings.
